(Otan sitaatteja tiedemieskeskustelusta: Tämä uusi alalinja on "Centaurin BA.2 linjojen BA.2.75 jälkikasvusta. Kyse on omikronalalinjasta eikä rekombinantista ja ne ovat monitoroitavia VUM ja monitorointilöytöjä).
B.1.1 529 alias omicron alias "BA"
"FR": "B.1.1.529.2.75.5.1.2.3" alias "BA.2.75.5.1.2.3" alias "BN.1.2.3"
FR.1. on sama kuin BN.1.1.2.3 .
"BN" tarkoittaa B.1.1.529.2.75.5 alias BA.2.75.5

" Discussion:
FR.1 appears to be a fair bit quicker than BN.1 in Japan. In China, with low sample size, FR.1 + S:P82H appears to be spreading a fair amount more quickly than traditional FR.1. S:P82H is possibly similar to XBB*'s S:V83A.
The mutations don't really stand out to me, but its apparent speed in China stands out quite a lot in my more objective tracking method, and its appearance in multiple provinces makes it less likely to be a cluster."
