 "When I proposed the CH.1.1 sublineage with S:K182N (#1726), I noted lots of Pangolin "unassigned" sequences with S:K444T, S:L452R and S:K182N. Some of them were of CH.1.1+S: K182N sublineage, but others were BA.5-like Spike. Now Usher tree confirms that most of them belong to sublineage of BQ.1.1.35 (BQ.1.1+S:K147E).
(S: K182N mutation is based on nuc: A22108T in this BQ.1.1.35 sublineage, while A22108C in CH.1.1+S: K182N sublineage). 
Cov-spectrum relative growth rate shows slight advantage to parent lineage (BQ.1.1.35)".
 
Added new lineage ET.1 from cov-lineages#1732 with 152 new sequence designations, and 32 updated from BQ.1.1.35
